Scout's preseason rankings came out and they have OSU ranked 13th. Now, I'm not a huge preseason rankings guy. I think they're somewhat worthless so it isn't where they have OSU ranked that makes me give them the ol' internet facepalm. It's their reasoning for it. Apparently they question whether or not OC Todd Monken will run the ball. And why? Because he was a receivers coach in the NFL. Solid reasoning there, Scout. Totes Magotes. And according to them, the OSU secondary is a weakness. Nevermind doing your homework. Apparently, it's even too much effort to look at massive amounts of other publications to see that the secondary is actually a team strength. Oh, and Georgia (6-7 in 2010) is ranked higher. So there that is. Once again kids, CRFF brings the goods while others seemingly write their predictions during a four day Smirnoff Ice bender.
