Oklahoma State Football Receives First 2013 Commitment

Fred Ross is the first prospect to commit to the 2013 class. He's from the same school as Kendall Hunter and appears to be in the "OSU Receiver" mold. He has been recruited also by West Virginia, Missouri, Arkansas, Memphis, Mississippi State and Baylor. A solid pickup for the program.
