The Cowboys lose a total of 18 players from the 2014 Roster. Here are the players that will be potentially replacing them on the offensive side of the ball.

•Norman North HS |
•2013: 1,603 yards, 15 TD, 65% Passing |
•2014: 2,292 yards, 23 TD, 52% Passing |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Kolar is an intriguing prospect with physical tools and natural measurables. We would anticipate his recruitment will heat up after the spring and summer evaluation calendar as well as close scrutiny during his senior year. His best football is without question ahead of him. This fall will be his first as a fulltime starter. The junior season returns are any indication, there is high probability for a productive senior campaign. Like this kid. Flying under the radar.

ESPN Evaluation |
Carson is a good looking load carrier. He possesses the ability to be an immediate contributor and possible impact guy in the right scheme--downhill to the hole. A Power five guy that shows real flashes of big play ability.

|
ESPN Evaluation |
Mays is a productive, physical running back with some talent. He excels at running inside the tackles and will benefit by being in a downhill run style offense. Is a nice change of pace that is capable of churning out yards with 4 qtr strength.
|
Jeff Carr - Temple, TX |
|
Position: Running Back |
Measurables: 5-7 | 170 lbs |
Considering: TCU and Baylor |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: N/A |

•2014: Rushing - 224 Carries, 2,147 yards (10.1 avg) 18 TD, 1 KR for a TD |
•HS Career: Rushing - 3780 yards, 38 TD |
|
GoPokes.com Evaluation |
Carr just flat runs off from so many defenders. He is also able to make space for himself with his array of moves. Many of his moves are the more casual just shake of the hip or sidestep as he goes by a defender. What impressed me most in his running is his patience and vision. There are a number of plays that he delays getting to the point of attack to allow a blocker to take advantage of a position or he will delay downfield.

Wide Receivers and Tight Ends
Graduating:
- Cameron Gravelle, Christian Schroeder
Committed:
Jalen McCleskey - Covington, LA |
|
Position: Wide Receiver |
Measurables: 5-10 | 156 lbs | 40 time 4.49 |
Offers: Air Force, Georgia Southern, LSU, South Florida, Southern Miss, Tennessee, Tulane |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★ | #145 Wide Receiver |

•2012: 43 Receptions, 656 yards (15.3 avg) 6 TD |
•2013: 41 Receptions, 657 yards (16.0 avg) 10 TD |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
McCleskey is a receiver who is developing the size and strength needed to play at the next level. Quick, fast and he makes plays. Good ability at getting off the jam. Projects as a Power 5 player in the right system. Needs time to develop his body.

Offensive Linemen
Graduating:
- Brandon Garrett, Chris Grisbhy, Daniel Koenig,
Committed:
Johnny Wilson - Midland, TX |
|
Position: Offensive Tackle / Center |
Measurables: 6-4 | 295 lbs |
Offers: North Texas and SMU |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★★ | #34 Offensive Tackle |

•Midland Christian High School |
•Top 100 recruit out of Texas |
•Earned All-District Honors in 2012 and 2013. 3 Time State Champion |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Wilson's toughness and run blocking ability could earn him a spot on the depth chart if a red shirt year isn't deemed necessary; we see two position potential at tackle and guard.
|
Vaimoe Sekona - Encino, CA |
|
Position: Offensive Guard |
Measurables: 6-5 | 284 |
Offers: Hawaii, Miami, Oregon State, San Diego State, Texas Tech, USC, Washington State |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★ | #37 Offensive Guard |
Rivals: ★★★ | #29 Defensive Tackle |
Scout: ★★★ | #36 Offensive Guard |
|
Notes |
•Committed 10/27/2014 |
•Crespi Carmelite High School |
•#4 Offensive Guard in the California |
•Played both OG and DT in high school |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Sekona is a big man that could garner some interest on either side of the ball. Also plays on the D-Line and depending on scheme and need could potentially land on that side of the ball. Overall, we feel his best fit is on offense. Possesses good size and some tools to work with to develop into a productive starter.
|
Deya Mhiesen - Pittsburgh, PA |
|
Position: Offensive Tackle |
Measurables: 6-7 | 305 lbs |
Offers: Baylor, Arizona State, Temple, Rhode Island, UCF, Utah State |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★ |
Rivals: ★★★ |
Scout: ★★★
|
|
Notes |
•Committed 9/6/2014 |
•LA Pierce Junior College |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Mhiesen's ability to play on his feet given his height and size are a big upside. Will only continue to add strength and become more balanced to play on his feet. Most likely a Power 5 contributor at the next level.
|
Brandon Pertile - Clearwater, FL |
|
Position: Offensive Tackle |
Measurables: 6-5 | 295 lbs |
Offers: Buffalo, Cincinnati, East Carolina, Memphis, Ohio, South Florida, UAB, Utah, Utah State. |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★ | #20 JC Offensive Tackle |
Rivals: ★★★ |
Scout: ★★★ | #88 on JC Top 100 |
|
Notes |
•Signed Letter of Intent |
•Mesa Community College |
•Currently enrolled for the spring semester |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Pertile can be a tough, physical player at the tackle position. Needs to work back after some lost time due to injury. We don't see an immediate contributor, but does have a little more time then average JC transfer and that time could allow him to potentially develop into a contributor a little down the lime.
|
Matt Kellerman - Centerville, KS |
|
Position: Offensive Tackle |
Measurables: 6-5 | 290 lbs |
Offers: Iowa State, Louisville, Colorado State, Illinois, Memphis, Southern Miss |
|
Rankings |
ESPN: ★★★ | #16 JC Offensive Tackle |
Rivals: ★★★ |
Scout: ★★★ | #59 on JC Top 100 |
|
Notes |
•Signed Letter of Intent |
•Butler County Junior College |
•Currently enrolled for the spring semester |
|
ESPN Evaluation |
Kellerman is a good tackle prospect that doesn't necessarily excel in any particular facet but can be effective as both a run blocker and pass protector and could help a program in need of a solid RT or quality depth.
