Daxx Garman To Leave Oklahoma State?

3

Rumor has it that Cowboy senior quarterback Daxx Garman reportedly plans to transfer from Oklahoma State. The initial report comes from OSU junior Erica Lippert, who is close with the team.

Sources say that Garman skipped yesterday's workout, called in and stated his intentions. Garman graduates in May, and some say that he might plan to transfer to a Dallas area school to play his last year of eligibility.

After J.W. Walsh went down with an injury, Garman started for the Cowboys for the majority of the year, only to be replaced by (then) freshman Mason Rudolph in the game against Baylor.

This is just a rumor at this point, and it's yet to be confirmed by Oklahoma State. Stay with CRFF for any further developments.

UPDATE:

Per the O'Colly Sports Twitter account "#okstate spokesperson says details regarding rumors of Daxx Garman transferring will be addressed March 9 at spring practice news conference"

An earlier version of this post stated that Garman reportedly missed a practice yesterday. We meant to say he reportedly missed a workout.
