Is Weeden in trouble?

Summer in Stillwater has not been friendly to the OSU Football Team. But is Coach Gundy losing control of his players? First, it was Victor Johnson getting busted by a snoopy neighbor for a "strange odor", then it was Jamie Blatnick offering Steve Denning a beer at JR Murphy's.

Now, it appears Cowboy QB Brandon Weeden is having some troubles of his own.

Dana Wetstein, Homeowner Association Director for Crestridge Meadows, says Weeden's trashcan was not pulled in soon enough after pickup, there were clippings left around the empty container and that  newspapers were not bundled properly.

"HOA Policy Section 3, Rule 27a clearly states all containers must be pulled in by 5:00pm on trash pickup day. Yard debris (leaves, grass clippings, brush) may be mixed with trash only during the months of January, February and March and newspapers and magazines should be bundled and placed in paper grocery bags or tied with heavy twine", said Wetsein. "If Brandon wants to live in an exclusive neighborhood like Crestridge, he's going to have to play by the rules, or pay a hefty fine."

Coach Mike Gundy says he's going to have to gather more information about the situation before deciding what, if any, action will be taken.  "Nobody likes to prolong a situation like this, but I have to get all of the information together before I make a decision," Gundy said.
