Attention BCS'ers out there. Oklahoma State has earned a shot to play LSU for the National Title. Alabama had it's chance, and the Tide fell short. Nobody outside of the state of Alabama and Louisiana wants to see a boring SEC rematch.

The BCS title game should be between the 2 best teams, and the Cowboys have proven that they are in fact one of the best, if not the best team in college football. They just blew out Oklahoma who was good enough at the beginning of the year to be the #1 team in the nation. The victory gave Oklahoma State it's first outright conference championship in the history of the program. The Pokes also ended an eight year drought against the Sooners.

It's a big deal. Don't let anyone convince you otherewise.

The BCS computers have loved the Big 12 all year. They have consistently declared it the best conference in the nation. So shouldn't the winner of the best conference have a chance to play the winner of the other best conference? If you're a rational person, the answer is yes.

BCS'ers need to show college football fans that they are rational people with a set of balls.

Oklahoma State dominated the preseason #1 team on both sides of the ball. They are led by a 28 year old ex baseball player, the best Wide Receiver in the nation and a coach that has a dance named after him. The coach said that he would build his program into one that competes for titles, and he's delivered.

If you need more than that, the mad hatter in Baton Rouge got his first head coaching job at OSU and in my mind, is responsible for a lot of the success we are seeing today. He got the ball rolling, then left for LSU and turned the program over to Gundy.

It's a lot better story than a boring SEC rematch.

Do the right thing and put Oklahoma State in the BCS championship game. Aside from being the best story, it's the right thing to do.
