We've seen mock ups, drawings, pictures of poster boards taken with a cell phone camera...and finally we have the real deal. The new OSU uniforms have been leaked for everybody's viewing pleasure and were first revealed on the PistolsFiring blog (we would like to thank the sacrificial lamb in the Athletic department whose head is surely going to roll). In case you've been stuck in a cave, the new uniform combinations will feature the colors white, black, orange, and grey.
The new helmets are my favorite. Flat black and flat gray base colors as opposed to a high gloss finish. I also like the enormous "OSU" decal on the side. What I hate the most? Phantom Pete once again makes an appearance--this time on the pant leg. Oh, well. I suppose that is the one part of the 2009 Nike campaign that refuses to die.
