Dear Reader(s),
As Cincy posted a couple weeks back, the SB Nation mansion is going through some re-modelling and the new face will be presented soon. In turn, the gardener's outhouse that sits on the very back of the SB Nation mansion property (CRFF) will be getting a huge upgrade as well.
For reals though, we are tots excited about this... it is going to be both cray and off the hook (hip terms). The entire look will be different, it will shift slightly away from the blog theme in the sense of everything being in reverse chronological order, but will still be a blog in the sense of lots of typos and sketchy content.
We aren't specific about a timeframe right now other than to say "pretty soon". So don't mark your calendars, but don't be surprised if on Septober firstythird you visit CRFF to find a completely different look.
A few notes about the changes:
- SB Nation United is going to make our sites load faster and run better meaning you can get to the content you want faster.
- SB Nation United is going to make sure that you're seeing the best and brightest content up front with our flexible layout, modern design and reduction of clutter.
- SB Nation United is going to make the experience on our sites run seamlessly from every platform, whether mobile, tablet or computer. No matter where you are, the experience will not change.
- SB Nation United will not take away or change any of the community elements you love like FanPosts and FanShots and GameThreads.

First up is the header section which we call the "cover". This is the first thing you will see at the top of the page. All the important content will be stored up here so you are sure to not miss any of our in-depth analysis or nonsense.
Here is the whole front page. You can see that below the cover is the "river" which is a pretty term for the way a normal blog flows. This will be laid out differently than the current CRFF, but will function the same way.
