Oklahoma State Recruiting: Weekend Recap Part 1

Mason Rudolph goes out a champion, while Offray and Williams helped their team advance this weekend.

With many of the games involving future Cowboys getting postponed due to weather, this will be Part 1 of the recap with Part 2 coming later in the week.

QB Mason Rudolph ended his high school career a champion as Northwestern defeated Stratford 62-35, and were crowned the South Carolina Class 4A Division II Champions. Rudolph was absolutely sensational, completing 40 of 57 passes for 488 yards and 8 passing touchdowns with only one interception. Rudolph connected with standout receiver Dupree Hart 21 times, giving hart 255 yards and 4 touchdowns on the game. Rudolph accounted for all but 2 of Northwestern's 525 yards of offense, as he added another 35 yards on the ground and a rushing touchdown.

Mason finished the season completing 350 of his 482 attempts for 4,377 yards, 64 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. He also rushed for 543 yards on 129 carries and 16 touchdowns.

CB Juwan Offray and DT Joyan Williams are headed to yet another Louisiana State Championship, as Edna Karr shut-out Landry-Walker 29-0. The game marked the 2nd consecutive shut-out for Karr, as they limited Landry-Walker to just 50 first half total yards, and only 63 yards in the 2nd half. This will be the 4th consecutive championship appearance for Karr.
