Jaylon Lane had a big time performance Friday night, forcing a fumble which led to a score and returning a punt 59 yards for a touchdown. Nacogdoches defeated Corsicana 49-21, and will face Jacksonville on Friday.

QB John Kolar

Norman North suffered their fourth loss in a row against Mustang Friday night 41-27. Kolar finished 17-30 for 242 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions, while also rushing for another touchdown.

On the year, John has thrown for 1499 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. Norman North will play Edmond North on Friday.

RB Ronald Jones II

Jones had to sit out for McKinney North Friday night with an ankle injury, but his team was able to hold on against Lovejoy, winning 59-52. McKinney North will face rival McKinney on Friday.

Ronald has rushed for 878 yards on 82 carries (10.7 yards per carry) and 12 touchdowns this season.

WR Jalen McCleskey

Mcleskey finished with 2 receptions for 15 yards while adding a 26 yard rush for a touchdown, but St. Paul lost to Madeville 14-7 Friday night. St. Paul will play Northshore on Friday.

McCleskey has 19 receptions for 259 yards and 4 touchdowns and 359 all purpose yards on the year.

Central High lost to Denham Springs Friday night 28-6, and will play Zachary on Friday.

C Johnny Wilson

Midland Christian came up short against Liberty Christian on Friday, losing 21-13. Wilson and the Midland Christian put up 410 total yards, but failed to get into the endzone on several occasions. Midland Christian will play Plano Prestonwood Christian on Friday.

Maile and the Tyler Junior College defense were able to come up with a huge interception late to secure a 47-42 victory over Georgia Military College on Saturday. Tyler will play Navarro on Saturday.

Duncanville lost to Cedar Hill 45-31 Friday night, and will take on Midlothian on Friday.

Alief Taylor had the week off and will take on Fort Bend Kempner on October 17th.

OT Brandon Pertile

Unfortunately, Pertile has suffered a knee injury, and is out for the season for Mesa Community College. Pertile will begin rehab and will join the Cowboys in the spring, after suffering a season ending knee injury.

OT Deya Mhiesen

Mhiesen is redshirting at Pierce College this season, allowing him three years of eligibility. Deya plans to enroll next spring to compete for playing time next season.
