It wasn't the best showing for the Oklahoma State Cowboys against the Kansas Jayhawks, but a win is a win. The Pokes were expected to dominate the punching bag of the Big 12, but It wasn't until a 99-yard kickoff return by Tyreek Hill late in the fourth quarter that they secured the win.
Kansas attacked OSU's inexperienced offensive line time and time again by sending pressure. Through much of the game Daxx and the offense were under siege, and as the game wore on the Jayhawks built momentum. Cowboys fans feared the worst when Kansas tied the game up with just a few minutes left to go. Oklahoma State was struggling to move the ball, and Kansas decided to kick deep and play field position. It was a decision that would cost them the game. It was a little too close for comfort, but the Cowboys are one win closer to bowl eligibility.
