Is it that time already? I apologize for missing out last week, but duty called and oil stops for no man. Actually that's not true, oil exploration is rapidly coming to a standstill due to a variety of factors, not least of which is overproduction and futures speculation, but that's another conversation for another team. Let's kick this pig:
Texas Christian at Kansas: Kansas is about to remember what it feels like to be Kansas, as the Stoned Frogs are coming in looking for style points. By winning last week I'm pretty sure they interim head coach is now just the head coach, but a 90 point loss could change that. The only thing funny about this game will be the final score, Frogs roll 67-19.
Oklahoma at Texas Tech: With the goons being so bad I'd love to pick Taco Tech, but they are at level of suck that only Iowa State can rival. In the past 15 years I've never seen a goon team quit like they did last week against Baylor. I was embarrassed for them. Even when USC was scoring touchdown after touchdown, they still seemed to fight. As for Tech, well, I guess the curse of Baker Mayfield is in full effect. What's humorous is the hate that Tech folks have for Mayfield, after coach Sexy screwed him over. I think blOU is about a 14 point favorite, so I'll say they'll win but won't cover, 34-30
Texas at Oklahoma State: I don't have it in me to talk about this game, Horns win 6-1. And yes you can score a 1 point safety.
