The Tulsa World is reporting that Daxx Garman may miss the upcoming game against the Baylor Bears due to a possible concussion. Sources close to the team are reporting that he has not been able to practice due to concussion like symptoms.
This comes after Garman was sacked 7 times in the loss to the Texas Longhorns and was showing symptoms after the game.
This opens the door to who his replacement will be. Multiple sources are also reporting that it is fairly certain that true freshman Mason Rudolph will get the start. The move would burn his redshirt with just two games left, something Gundy has been reluctant to do all season.
The other possible QB is Taylor Cornelius, also a freshman. There hasn't been much talked about Cornelius this season, as Walsh, Garman, and Rudolph have been considered the most likely QB's to see playing time. It would seem unlikely for Taylor to line up under center against Baylor.
We will keep you updated as more news on the situation develops.
