Kirk Tucker signs with Oklahoma State

Kirk Tucker out of Tucker, GA has officially signed with Oklahoma State. Tucker had offers from Arkansas, Louisville, North Carolina, Ohio State, and Stanford.

Standing 6-1 and weighing in at 185 lbs, Tucker finished his senior season at Tucker High School with 55 tackles (39 solo), 12 tackles for a loss, 8 Sacks, and 3 interceptions.

Tucker has very good height with the sturdy frame needed to support additional bulk over time and displays the strength and playing speed for the defensive safety position at the BCS level of competition. In fact this prospect shows strong safety/outside linebacker coverage skills when defending against the pass and flashes the range and deep playing speed needed to be a good zone coverage defender.
