Texas head coach Rick Barnes is the Big 12 coach of the year, but a ton of talent, one forward, and four guards sure looks like at Travis Ford team to me.
Bad joke aside, three Cowboys have received All-Conference awards.
Phil Forte has been huge off the bench, and the Big 12 knows it. He tied with Oklahoma's Tyler Neal for the Big 12 Sixth Man Award.
After "the Shove", whether or not Marcus Smart would receive all-conference honors was debatable. However, Since returning to the court, Smart's skill and leadership has been undeniable. He's been named to the All-Big12 First Team, as well as the Big 12 All-Defensive Team.
Markel Brown will go down as one of the best players in Oklahoma State history, and in his senior year he's received All-Big 12 Second Team honors. I'm going to miss watching him play.
Le'Bryan Nash also received honorable mention.
The Big 12 is the toughest conference in college basketball, and chalk full of ridiculous talent. The entire All-Big 12 Awards are below.
