Tyler Patmon is alive and well.

Rumors of Tyler's death started when Jeremy Smith tweeted out "RIP Tyler Patmon! Damn! Wth that's so crazy"

It appears that Jeremy was fed some bad information. He has since deleted the tweet, but here's how the rumor played out on Twitter.
