As we all know, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been sweeping the nation to help raise awareness for Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). The way it works is that once you've been challenged, you have 48 hours to dump ice water on yourself (partially mimicking one of the affects of ALS) or donate to the foundation.
Long chains of people challenging each other have been going around, so it was only a matter of time before it hit the Oklahoma State campus. Earlier this week, Governor Mary Fallin took the challenge and called out OSU President Burns Hargis and Coach Mike Gundy. They did the challenge and Gundy called out Pistol Pete and the College Gameday crew, while Burns called out founder of Eskimo Joe's Stan Clark and the Oklahoma State student body. Then they turned the tables on someone with, with a twist...
Since I was there and took part in the challenge, I ,in turn, challenge the rest of the Cowboys Ride For Free contributors as well as the Tomahawk Nation contributors.
