6-5 210 lb Athlete Louis Brown has verbally committed to Oklahoma State. Brown is currently on his official visit in Stillwater, and couldn't wait to tell the world.

Brown played outside linebacker and running back for Burton High School (Burton,TX). He is currently ranked 267th on the ESPN300, and is listed as the 23rd overall Athlete. Here is ESPN's take on Brown:

Bottom Line

Given his measurables, Brown is an exceptional athlete. The job for a college coaching staff is to turn him into an exceptional player. A redshirt year with significant time in the weight room will do him wonders. Physically he shows many similarities to Texas A&M defensive end Daeshon Hall. He is a project, but he has physical talents that are impressive.

Louis recently decommited from Texas after his official visit to Austin, and was originally committed to Baylor before switching to UT. He currently holds offers from 16 schools including UT, Baylor, OU, TCU, and Texas Tech.

With his larger athletic build, I would expect OSU to play Brown at defensive end or possibly tight end.
