The Oklahoma State Cowboys have recently offered Junior QB Nick Starkel from Liberty Christian School in Argyle, TX. Starkel only played seven games this past year as result of a shoulder injury, but still threw for 1,600 yards and 19 touchdowns. Watch his Junior highlights here.
