Will Jawun Evans be OSU's Next Best Scorer?
A recent Sports Illustrated projection predicted Oklahoma State freshman Jawun Evans as a top-20 freshman scorer for the upcoming season.
Evans, who is slated to be the Cowboys' starting point guard, is projected at No. 17 with 10.6 PPG.
The former Mcdonald's All-American was the gem of the 2015 recruiting class. Evans was a consensus four star prospect coming out of high school; ESPN ranked him as the third best Oklahoma recruit and the sixth best point guard in the entire class.
The Cowboys open their season on Nov. 13 at home against U.T. Martin.
