After a fantastic 11-sack year in 2014, many were excited to see where Emmanuel Ogbah could help take the Oklahoma State defense in 2015. Not many could've predicted he'd have 6.5 sacks through five games, more than half of what he had last year. The 6.5 sacks put Ogbah at a tie for fourth in the nation, only 2.5 behind some monster that plays for Wisconsin who has nine.
Anyway, after Saturdays impressive preformance in which he picked up six tackles (2.5 for loss), and a sack, Emmanuel Ogbah has been nominated as the LOTT Impact Player of The Week. Fans can vote for Ogbah here and as this is being written, Ogbah is down 31 percent to the leader Derrick Kindred of TCU. You have until 9 a.m. Stillwater time to make sure you vote for Ogbah before they close voting down.

Ogbah is also on the 2015 watch list for the award, here's an excerpt from the site explaining the award a little further:
The criteria for selecting student-athletes for the Lott IMPACT Trophy Watch List and subsequently the finalists and eventually the overall winner, is based on both athletic ability and character attributes.
Character transcends the on-the-field accomplishments of the players. The acronym for IMPACT is Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community and Tenacity.
The nominees are considered for their academic standing at their university, their community contributions, their leadership skills and their overall character.
