Edmonton Eskimos
Adarius Bowman (WR) - Bowman and the Eskimos won the CFL's Grey Cup (Super Bowl of the CFL) by the score of 26-20 over the Ottawa Redblacks. Bowman posted four catches for 73 yards and a touchdown in the win. Bowman has made quite a career for himself in Canada after missing out on the NFL. He's put up an incredible 2,760 yards receiving on 205 catches. Congrats to Bowman on a great year and winning a championship.

Dez Bryant (WR) - Dez and the Cowboys were steamrolled by the Carolina Panthers on Thanksgiving. It was a matchup of two teams going in opposite directions. To make matters worse for Dez and the Cowboys, quarterback Tony Romo was re-injured and is out for the rest of the season. The Cowboys are 3-8 on the season and should set their sights on a top draft pick. Despite a team high eight targets, Dez finished the game with two catches for 26 yards.
Dan Bailey (K) - Bailey keeps chugging along despite the lackluster season his team is suffering through. He finished the game two for two on field goals to improve to 21/22 on the season.
Tyler Patmon (CB) - Patmon finished the Thanksgiving game with two tackles. He needs to finish the season strong to make sure the coaches and crazy Jerry Jones keep him in their future plans.
Justin Gilbert (CB) - Gilbert got the start at left corner back Monday Night against the Baltimore Ravens but left the game early after being rocked by (gulp) Justin Tucker.... The kicker... On a kick return. Him starting isn't due to him ascending but was due to attrition as three of the Browns corners were out with injury. Not to mention this roasting of an article came out that paints Gilbert as a loner and an embarrassment to his teammates. If things don't change quickly for Gilbert he'll not only be cut by the Browns but he'll be out of the NFL. Here's the hit that took him out of the Monday Night game:
Daaaang! @jtuck9 can tackle! Hopefully, Justin Gilbert is OK. https://t.co/LGjhiBlhKL

If that wasn't enough here is how the Browns, who always seem to find a way to lose, lost (this kick was to win the game for the Browns):

Brandon Pettigrew (TE) - Pettigrew and the Lions have put together three wins in a row and look to continue their streak Thursday against the Packers in Detroit. Pettigrew continues to see a heavy bulk of snaps despite the slight emergence of fellow tight end Eric Ebron. He finished the 45-14 Thanksgiving blowout over the Philadelphia Eagles with one catch for 21 yards on two targets.
Perrish Cox (CB) - Cox and the Titans lost a tough one to the Oakland Raiders by the score of 24-21 Sunday. Cox had one of his better games of the season posting five tackles and three pass defenses. Led by rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota, the Titans have suffered the usual bumps and bruises that come with starting a rookie quarterback. Cox is under contract for two more years after this one.
Quick Hits:
Kevin Williams (DT) - Williams and the Saints ran into the suddenly red hot Houston Texans and suffered another loss 24-6. Williams had a tackle in the loss.
Russell Okung (LT) - Okung helped the Seahawks earn a 39-30 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in a wild game that saw the two teams trading scores for most the game. Seattle improved to 6-5 on the season and look to make another run towards the playoffs.
Brandon Weeden (QB) - Weeden is now the third string quarterback for the Houston Texans after being claimed off of waivers.
