Jawun Evans Receives Big 12 Honors

Jawun Evans got an early Christmas present from Santa this week as he is the Big 12 Newcomer of The Week after last weeks strong performance.

During last weeks games, Evans averaged 11 points per game and 3.5 rebounds. The freshman guard scored a team-high of 17 points and five assists in last week's loss against Florida. This is Evans first individual award since joining the Cowboy basketball team and Oklahoma State's first player to receive a weekly award.
