Darrell Williams Gets a Surprise Visit on Senior Night
On Wednesday night, former Oklahoma State Cowboy Darrell Williams led hisTexas A&M-Commerce Lions to a 71-68 home upset against Angelo State, the 15th ranked Division II team in the country.
Williams ended the night with a double-double, scoring 20 points and grabbing 17 rebounds in his last home game as Lion. Among the many fans in the stands were OSU head coach Travis Ford and his wife, Heather.
Williams, a fifth-year senior, was cleared by The Innocence Project and was the subject of one of the year's most compelling comeback stories.
