Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Ra'Shaad Samples has stated his intentions to transfer to Houston.
Samples, a speedster from Skyline High School in Dallas, Texas, has spent two years with the Cowboys with limited production. After a redshirt year in 2013, Samples totaled 3 catches for 11 yards in the 2014-2015 season.
