Former Oklahoma State guard Tony Allen was recently named to the NBA All-Defensive First-Team, as announced today.
Allen has long been known for his defensive prowess ever since his days at Oklahoma State, where he was the Big 12 Player of the Year in 2004.
This is the fourth time that Allen has been named to the All-Defensive team, being named Second-Team in 2010 and First-Team in 2011 and 2012.
