MBB: Cowboys Land Forward Chris Olivier

The Cowboys' prayers have finally been answered with the landing of Eastern Illinois transfer Chris Olivier.

Olivier, a 6'8" Chicago native, averaged 13 PPG and 5.3 RPG with EIU last season; Oliver is a graduate, so he will be immediately eligible for OSU. Olivier is an efficient scorer, shooting 54% last year. He also has impressive athleticism, as evidenced by a warmup video here.

Olivier will be joining Mitchell Solomon, Anthony Allen and Igor Ibaka in what is a sparse backcourt for the Cowboys.
