Oklahoma State starting cornerback Kevin Peterson will be sidelined with a minor knee injury, Tulsa World's Bill Haisten reports.

Peterson should still be back in time for the Cowboys' opener against Central Michigan on September 3rd.

With Micheal Hunter, Ashton Lampkin, Ramone Richards and the like, the other corners should take advantage of the extra reps.
