After a fantastic 69-14 win over UTSA this weekend, Oklahoma State is getting the nod to be among the next teams to move on up in the polls.
Amway released its coaches poll this morning, putting OSU at No. 22, three spots up from where they were last week. Receiving 242 votes, the Cowboys only have eight more votes than Missouri has right now, which could come accross as surprising considering the poorly played game between the Tigers and UConn this weekend.
The Cowboys did have some help, however, as a lot of teams in the top 25 didn't play to what many thought they were capable of. Auburn is still ranked, somehow, and USC dropped 11 spots from last week all the way down to No. 18. In the Big 12, Baylor moved up to No. 4 despite not playing anyone this week, TCU moved up to No. 2, Oklahoma moved up three to No. 14 and West Virginia had enough votes to finish 26.
This post will be updated when the Associated Press releases its polls soon.
As promised, here's the chart with the AP poll. Oklahoma State only jumps one spot in this poll. However, Stanford jumped 20 and Ole Miss found its way into the top four because SEC, that's why.
