The Oklahoma State Cowboys won their conference opener and look to gain another win on the road, but it won't be easy against the Baylor Bears.

The Bears kept it close until the second half, where the Jayhawks distanced themselves with a 24-3 run over a ten minute span. Taurean Prince led all Baylor scorers with 17; he filled up every spot on the stat sheet with three rebounds, two steals, two blocks and an assist. Lester Medford and Rico Gathers also scored in double figures, contributing 15 and 12 points, respectively.

The players to watch for in this game are Taurean Prince and Rico Gathers. Prince is ranked fourth in the conference with 15.6 points per game. While Prince is hot on the shooting range, Gathers leads the Big 12 in rebounding at 10.2 boards per game and averages almost 14 points per game as well.
Stats to Watch:
The Bears currently lead the country in assists with 21.5 per contest. Look for them to share the ball and look for the best possible shot.
Baylor is 9-0 at home so far this season, so the Cowboys are in for a tough game. And not all of those wins were against cupcakes, either. Some of them were against NCAA Tournament teams like Stephen F. Austin, New Mexico State and Texas Southern.
