Cowboy point guard Jawun Evans was recently named to the watch list for the Bob Cousy Point Guard of the Year Award presented by the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The award was first presented in 2004. Notable winners of the award include Tyler Ullis, Shabazz Napier, Trey Burke, Kemba Walker, Ty Lawson, Raymond Felton and Jameer Nelson.
Evans is looking to build off of his impressive performance last season and is set to have a big year for the Cowboys. Look for him to not only make watch lists, but final lists and possibly take home some hardware by season’s end.
