Best Tweets of the Week: 10/22-10/26

Yes, I realize this week isn't a full week, but let’s just pretend okay?

Congratulations, you have almost made it through your week.

To celebrate, why don’t we take a look at some of the best OSU-related tweets from the past few days?

This is something we here at CRFF are going to do weekly from here on out to try and help so those of you who either missed a good tweet, or want to see it again, are able to.

If you have a tweet you want us to consider adding to our tweets of the week, go ahead and tag us in it! Make sure to either tag the main account (@CowboysRFF) or myself (@TDWiederhoeft) so we get your submission. Whether it would be a funny tweet, a promotional tweet, a serious tweet, it doesn’t matter. The only requirement is the must pertain to OSU, with preference given to tweets relating to OSU Sports. (We reserve the right to not include your tweet in the weekly post for any reason.)

So, you got it all? You want me to stop yakking and start sharing my tweets of the week? Your wish is my command.

Let’s start with some of the best plays from Saturday’s game against the Jayhawks.

The always enjoyable OkState Gents with the astute observation.

Ben Grogan became the Cowboys’ All-Time Leading Scorer (shameless self-plug).

Monday was a sad day for the entire Cowboy family - the 1 year anniversary of the 2015 Homecoming tragedy. Feels like just last week to me. The O’Colly released a couple heartbreaking, but very good stories about that tragedy.

Let’s get back to the happier things, IT’S AMERICA’S GREATEST HOMECOMING WEEK.

One of the best parts of America’s Greatest Homecoming is walkaround.

Need something else to do after you see all the magnificent floats in Greek Neighborhood? I have an idea for you...

Get your first look at the new look OSU Men’s Basketball team, along with the rest of the OSU winter sports teams Friday night.

And of course, you can’t forget about the most important part of Hoco - the football game. OSU hosts #10 West Virginia at 11 a.m. As of early Wednesday morning, West Virginia is a 3.5 point favorite. Don’t let that discourage you though, as there are many people that believe the Pokes can pull off the upset. Guess all we can do is wait and see.

THIS.

This is pretty cool.

All I can do is laugh at this. The caption kills me.

I know I didn’t get all the tweets - there’s a lot of tweets when there are 30,000 students (give or take) and countless alumni. So what did I miss? Let me know in the comments with a link to the tweet and I’ll do a separate section the following week dedicated to what I missed.
