The Big 12 announced its Pre-season All-Big 12 Team today, and 2015-16 Freshman of the Year Jawun Evans made the cut.

Evans joins Johnathan Motley of Baylor, Devonte’ Graham and Frank Mason III of Kansas, and Monte’ Morris of Iowa State. Evans is OSU’s first Pre-season all-league selection since Marcus Smart.
Last year Evans averaged 12.9 ppg, and 4.9 apg, which led all Big 12 Freshman. He missed the final 10 games of the season after suffering a shoulder injury.
Evans and OSU open the regular season at home Nov. 11 against Campbell.
