A Look at Oklahoma State’s Alamo Bowl Gifts

As if making it to a quality bowl game against a ranked former Big 8 opponent wasn’t enough, Oklahoma State players will get a good bag of gifts from the Valero Alamo Bowl.

Sports Business Daily released its annual list of Bowl Game goodies, including what the Cowboys will be gifted from Alamo Bowl. Each player will receive an Apple Watch Nike+, a $110 Best Buy gift card, a myCharge HubPlus portable charger, a team panoramic photo, and a mini-helmet.

Not a bad bag of swag to go with a trip to San Antonio.

In case you’re curious, had OSU won the Big 12 and been selected for the Sugar Bowl, players would receive a Gift Suite, a Fossil watch with custom tin, and a New Era Cap. I don’t know what a gift suite is, but it’s probably pretty sweet (pun intended).

A Fathead decal for each participant of his likeness (Quick Lane Bowl), a belt buckle (AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl), a shopping trip to a Belk Department store (Belk Bowl), a red, inflatable “big-lazy” couch (Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl)...
