The Cowboys, already deep into recruiting the 2017 class have offered 6-foot-1, 185-pound defensive back Montaric Brown from Ashdown HS (Ashdown, AR). Brown also holds offers from Arkansas State and UTSA.

Brown is listed as a safety but should figure to play corner at the next level.
Here's some scouting from Varsity Preps, who asks Is Montaric Brown Arkansas' Top Prospect in 2017?
Well-sized cornerback with outstanding physical skills.
Fast, explosive and sudden. Solid open field tackler.
Fluid and smooth, flips his hips transitioning with opponents down the field and has a closing burst to the ball.
Explodes to the ball out of his plant and shows a good closing burst.
Instinctive, athletic and has great ball skills.
During his junior season Brown tallied 122 tackles and five interceptions.
OSU may face an uphill battle with Brown if you read too much into his interview (linked above). He lists his dream school as Arkansas and his dream conference as the SEC. That was before he was offered by Oklahoma State.
The offers should continue to come in. It's early but it will be worth keeping an eye on as OSU will need the depth in the secondary moving forward.
