Tony Allen Goes 12-for-12, Scores 27 Versus Lakers

Former Oklahoma State guard Tony Allen had an eye-opening performance Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers, going 12-for-12 and scoring 27 points in the Grizzlies' loss at Staples Center.

Allen, who has stepped into a bigger scoring role for a depleted Grizzlies team, has now had three 20 point games this month. According to CBS Sports, he hadn't scored 20 points in a game since Feb. 15, 2012.
