Solom0n questionable for tonight's game

Injury bug has bitten the Cowboys again as they prepare to play Kansas State in the opening round of the Big 12 Tournament.

As if the basketball season can't get any worse, the injury bug has struck again. Mitchell Solomon is questionable for tonight's game after a sprained ankle during Monday's practice, according to The Daily Oklahoman.

"Total game-time decision, if we had to play today, he would not play," coach Travis Ford said after Tuesday's practice. Sadly, we are used to this type of news, especially as injuries have begun to stack up for the team this year.  OSU has probably had more injuries than many other teams, as they have lost starting guards, Phil Forte, Jawun Evans, Jefferey Carroll (sickness) and Leyton Hammonds playing with a dislocated right finger after a game against West Virginia.

It's expected that if Solomon sits out, Chris Olivier will start in his place and OSU would also use a heavy dose of Anthony Allen.
