On the eve of the 2016 spring game, Oklahoma State coaches and fans got some exciting news. Jelani Woods, a 3-star 2017 prospect out of Ellenwood, Ga., verbally committed to the Pokes. This is a big commitment for more than one reason; Woods is 6'7" tall. You read that correctly. The newly-committed Cowboy is nearing Brock Osweiler territory.

He seems pumped to be a Cowboy, and Cowboy fans should be pumped to have him. He holds an impressive list of offers that includes Kansas State, Michigan, and South Carolina. Recently, Woods had been thought to be a hard lean towards the Gamecocks, but that's the beauty of recruiting...
You just never know.
Woods is expected to be in Stillwater for tomorrow's spring game.
