A big surge of offense this weekend helped the Cowboys take two of three from the 6th ranked Horned Frogs. After blowing out the frogs in the opener, the Pokes dropped game two 11-6 which set up the series clinching finale on Sunday. The Pokes scored eight runs in the third, highlighted by Connor Costello's three run bomb, to take care of the frogs early. Costello finished the game with three hits and three RBI. Dustin Williams knocked his 10th homer of the season and J.R. Davis and Ryan Sluder each added two hits of their own to contribute to another slugfest in Stillwater. The Cowboys will travel to Arkansas next on Tuesday to finish up the home and home series with the Razorbacks.
