Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant showed off his reflex skills in a video of one of his off-season workouts.

The video featured Bryant catching tennis balls off the wall at a high rate. Bryant appeared to not even be looking at the balls, but rather ahead at the wall.

Needless to say, the former first-team All-American has some crazy ball skills, regardless of the type of ball.
