As the Los Angeles Rams get ready to make the first pick of the 2016 NFL draft, there's only one Oklahoma State Cowboy who is a lock to hear his name called. But where exactly will Emmanuel Ogbah land?
After Ogbah finished his senior year, the overwhelming conscience was he would be a first round draft pick. But when the draft experts started to predict Ogbah was a possible second round draft pick, it became harder to predict where he would land.
Dan Kadar of SB Nation isn't very high on Ogbah. He finds him inconsistent and an overall wildcard. Yet, inconsistent is hardly the word Oklahoma State fans would use to describe Ogbah.
Kadar has Ogbah falling to Tampa Bay with the 38th overall pick. Tampa Bay was among one of the first teams Ogbah worked out with, and could use a powerful pass rusher.
Dane Brugler of cbssports.com thinks Ogbah has first round potential. Brugler is extremely high on Ogbah, and has him going to the Giants at No. 12. Brugler feels that Ogbah's combination of speed, size, and length will be an ideal fit for a team that has had some legendary pass rushers recently.
Keeping up with recent trends, Bleacher Report has Dallas taking another player from the state of Oklahoma. With the third pick in the second round, there's a very good chance Ogbah could join Dez Bryant and Dan Bailey in Dallas. Ogbah to the Cowboys would be a fan favorite for sure.
There's a good chance Ogbah has to wait until tomorrow to hear his name called. The man is going to get paid; the question is, who's going to be signing that paycheck?
