The Cowboys continued their undefeated postseason streak Saturday, downing the UC Santa Barbara Gouchos, 1-0. While the Pokes were celebrating their first College World Series win in over two decades, the Arizona Wildcats were busy dismantling the No. 3 ranked Miami Hurricanes 5-1 to set up a Wildcat/Cowboy match up for Monday night.
Here’s the pertinent info.
When: Monday June 20 at 6:00 p.m. CST
Where: TD Ameritrade Park (Omaha, NE)
How to watch/listen: ESPN U / KSPI 93.7 FM / 780AM in Stillwater or listen online through OSU’s site.
Who to watch
Tyler Buffett was moved from the bullpen to the rotation following a sub par performance in the Big 12 tournament. Since then, Buffett has allowed only two runs in 14+ innings against Clemson and South Carolina.
Buffett will be doing his homework on right fielder Zach Gibbons and second baseman Cody Ramer. The two accounted for three of Arizona's five runs against Miami. Gibbons has a batting average of .384 and on base percentage of .469. Ramer boasts a .351 batting average and .444 on base percentage.
Superstition
Let’s not forget the match up behind the scenes.

The Cowboy’s dugout mascot Utropolis has been getting plenty of attention including a feature in the Daily Oklahoman as well as plenty of screen time during Saturday’s CWS opener.
It looks like he will have some stiff competition from the Wildcat’s own rally mascot.
