Oklahoma State is heading back out to the desert. Arizona State has announced a home and home series with the Cowboys in 2022/2023. The Sun Devils will come to Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater on Saturday, September 10, 2022 with a return trip to Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe for OSU scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2023.
And #AnotherOne. Devils add one more big-time non-conference home/home to the schedule in Oklahoma St. in 2022-23!https://t.co/BdrNc9xcDW

OSU and ASU have previously met three times on the gridiron with the last meeting coming back in 1993. The Sun Devils own a 2-1 edge in the series.
Arizona State went 6-7 last season, a disappointment for fans after going 10-3 in 2014.
These are OSU’s first non-conference games scheduled for 2022 and 2023. ASU joins Pittsburgh and Oregon State as the other Power 5 schools on the Cowboy’s non-conference schedule (sorry I’m not counting Boise State).
This announcement is in line with the Big 12’s new policy requiring schools to schedule a Power 5 team each year. While Arizona State may not be at the top of my list of team’s to schedule it’s still better than last year’s line-up of teams.
