Former coach Travis Ford’s seeming reluctance to connect with legacy Cowboys rubbed many fans and alumni the wrong way.
Underwood's philosophy, on the other hand, seems aimed at bringing Cowboys old and new together in support of the program moving forward. Seems like a pretty good start.
