The Oklahoma State coaching staff has been in on 2018 QB prospect Cameron Rising for some time, making an offer back in March.
247Sports has Rising as the No. 6 ranked pro-style passer in the 2018 class and No. 20 ranked player in the state of California.
According to 247Sports, Rising threw for 3,213 yards and 40 touchdowns to just one interception (on 60% completion rate) as a sophomore. Don't let the "pro-style" moniker fool you. Cam's got wheels. He also rushed for 756 yards and 11 touchdowns (9.57 yards average).
Rising's offer sheet is up to 20 already and includes the likes of Alabama, LSU, Miami and Oklahoma.
The four-star quarterback was in Stillwater this week hanging out with running backs coach Marcus Arroyo.

It looks like sophomore wide receiver Jalen McCleskey has his dad, former NFL defensive back and high school football trainer/guru J.J. McCleskey pitching in.

McCleskey apparently has worked with Rising as well.
@crising7 I really enjoyed working with you! Very high football IQ and can make every throw! Keep working on your game!
