It's summer time. Time to rank things that pertain to college football and Athlon Sports does about as good a job as any.

Well, this time they are ranking the top College Fantasy Football receivers and guess who made the list.

5. James Washington, Oklahoma State

Is Washington on the verge of becoming the next Dez Bryant or Justin Blackmon? If so, Washington should be in for quite the season, as both of the aforementioned players topped 1,450 receiving yards in their best years at Oklahoma State. After a slow start last season, Washington closed strong with nine touchdown catches in the last six regular season games, including five in consecutive weeks against Texas Tech and TCU. Washington is well positioned to post the best season of any Oklahoma State receiver since 2011.

Washington is the Cowboys' (and the Big 12's) leading returning receiver after a 2015 campaign that boasted 1,087 yards and ten touchdowns. Washington's ridiculous 20.51 yards per catch ranked tenth in the nation last season.

Other Big 12 receivers on the list were No. 11 KD Cannon from Baylor and No. 22 Dede Westbrook from Oklahoma. Think they may be sleeping on Marcell Ateman, but that's just me.
