Watch: Daniel Cormier reacts to Jon Jones being pulled from UFC 200

The UFC Light Heavyweight champion receives the news from Dana White.

In the fifth episode of UFC 200 Embedded, UFC President Dana White sits down with UFC Light Heavyweight champion and former Oklahoma State wrestler Daniel Cormier and informs him Jon Jones failed a drug test and the fight is off.

At 4:13 in the video, Cormier receives the news from White.

Here's a transcript:

DC: Come on dude. Dana come on. Come on.

DW: I know bro. F*ck, I'm so sorry.

DC: Come on

DW: I know

DC: Oh man. Oh man, I trained so hard.

DW: I know, I'm so f*cking sorry.

DC: Like is there anything I can do? I'll sign a release and we can just fight.

DW: Can't do it

DC: That's a bummer. Put a lot into this, f*ck. It's actually madness.

Cormier will now face former UFC Middleweight champion Anderson Silva in a three-round, non-title fight. Cormier (17-1) has won back-to-back fights since losing to Jones in January 2015. He won the vacated title against Anthony Johnson via third-round rear-naked choke at UFC 187 then earned a five-round split decision over Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 192.
