Oklahoma State wide receiver Jhajuan Seales received a one year deferred sentence and probation for a DUI charge that occurred on Oct. 25th, 2015. According to the Oklahoman, when Seales was pulled over, he was administered two drug tests, registering at .14 and .15 blood alcohol content, which is nearly twice the legal limit.
Seales was charged with driving while intoxicated and transporting an open container. He pled guilty to both charges.
According to the Oklahoman, the one year probation sentence will include mandatory drug/alcohol counseling, a victim’s impact panel, community service and over $1,000 dollars in court costs.
