OSU received 22 votes in the AP poll and 29 votes in the Coaches poll.
Here’s how the rest of the Big 12 looks in the AP poll (previous ranking in parentheses):
- Baylor 21 (23)
- Texas 11 (11)
- TCU NR (15)
- OU 14 (14)
TCU received 62 votes.
And the Coaches’ poll (previous ranking in parentheses):
- Baylor 19 (19)
- Texas 16 (20)
- TCU NR (12)
- OU 14 (13)
TCU received 110 votes and West Virginia received 9 votes.
An item of note, after Pittsburgh’s win over Penn State they received votes in both the AP (39) and Coaches (25) polls.
Not a great week for the Big 12 with two of the previously ranked teams (OSU and TCU) dropping out of the top 25.
