Oklahoma State
Offense: It was Rudolph versus Seales. While Rudolph wasn’t spectacular (27/43 for 286 with 2 TD’s, 1 INT), he had far more impact on the game than Seals, who ended up with only 3 catches for 34 yards.
Defense: Stats wise this should go to Jordan Sterns who had 8 total tackles, 1 Tackle For a Loss and 3 Pass Breakups. Averette may have had only 4 total tackles, but he did force the fourth quarter fumble, that led to what should have been the game winning touchdown.
Special Teams: Sanders didn’t do anything on special teams this week, so the point goes to Grogan.
Central Michigan
Offense: Spalding had 77 yards and one touchdown combined on the ground and threw the air, but Rush was the Chippewas’ player of the game, going 30/42 for 361 and 4 touchdowns (including the one that shouldn’t have counted).
Defense: Ricketts ended the game with 7 total tackles, 1 tackle for a loss and a pass break up. That’s more than Chapman, Coleman and Annese.
Special Teams: Coleman didn’t do anything, so the point goes to Eavey who kicked a field goal, and averaged 58 yards on kick-off duty.
So after two weeks here are our standings:
1. Cade - 7 points
Christopher - 7 points
3. Dustin - 6 points
4. Joel - 5 points
5. Phillip - 4 points
Come back Thursday for our Week 3 picks!
